Razer unveils streamer-centric gadgets: Kiyo X Webcam and Ripsaw X Capture Card

As the trend of live-streaming and remote work continues to flourish, Razer is introducing its new streaming lineup consisting of starter webcams and capture cards. These products aim to be the go-to gear for streamers who want to deliver high fidelity video streaming.

With the choice of either Full HD (1080P) at 30FPS or ultra-smooth 60FPS streaming limited at 720P, the Razer Kiyo X allows users to stay sharp with built-in AutoFocus. Aside from the capable hardware, customers will receive the complimentary Razer Virtual Ring Light software for flawless video calls or streaming sessions.

Utilising the PC monitor as a source of illumination, the software creates optimized lighting during video calls and streams. Streamers can also fully customise video settings thanks to Razer Synapse, with popular settings such as Auto/Manual focus selection and camera presets.

The Razer Ripsaw X Capable of video capture quality of up to 4K resolution at 30FPS, the Ripsaw X capture card answers the demands of users who expect maximum detail. Having both HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 support, the device delivers a near-zero latency connection with any compatible source device, including DSLRs and other hand-held cameras with HDMI output.

The said device requires minimal setup thanks to a plug-and-play interface and compatibility with popular streaming programs like Open Broadcaster Software and Streamlabs.
