The Google Pixel 9a will be available in Singapore in the coming April

An addition to the Google Pixel 9 series currently available, the Google Pixel 9a comes with the iconic features of its flagship variants – notably the Google Tensor G4 and other AI features attributed to the chipset’s performance.

Google Tensor G4

Google’s Tensor G4 improves fundamentals like battery life and performance – up to 20% faster browsing the web and 17% faster opening apps than the previous chipset. The enhanced AI performance on the Tensor chips is responsible for computing photos and videos with greater detail – even during zoom shots.

Other features that are attributed to the chipset’s splendid performance also include: Pixel Studio for AI art creation, Call Screen, clear calls, Live Captions, enhanced security and file organisation.

Designed for longevity

Just like other recent Google Pixel devices, the Google Pixel 9a will come with seven years of security updates, Pixel Drops and OS upgrades to take full advantage of the Tensor chipset and other components of the phone.

In terms of battery life, the Google Pixel 9a lasts over 30 hours – with the Extreme Battery Saver boasting up to 100 hours.

Availability and Pricing

The Google Pixel 9a will be available on the Google Store and through online and offline retail partners – such as Amazon SG, COURTS, Shopee, Lazada and iShopChangi. The device starts at S$799 (128GB) and comes in colours Obsidian, Iris, Peony, Porcelain.
