HP Pavilion Aero: The company’s lightest 13-inch laptop

HP has just announced the Pavilion Aero 13 Laptop, making it the lightest laptop from the company so far. At less than 1kg, the laptop offers powerful performance with intuitive design choices that are designed for Gen Z in Asia to hustle about with their lives.

Sleek and portable design

The sub-1kg weight of the laptop is achieved by utilising a full magnesium aluminium chassis, which also enhances its durability. A 4-sided narrow bezel also surrounds the 16:10 aspect ratio display, providing a 10% increase of vertical viewing space while boasting an impressive 90% screen-to-body ratio.

With a brightness rating of 400 nits and 100% sRGB colour space on the 2.5k resolution display, consumers can expect vibrant and crisp images, even under the glaring sunlight.

Speedy in every aspect

Powered with the latest AMD Ryzen 7 5800U Mobile Processor with AMD Radeon Graphics, the Pavilion Aero 13 will empower customers in many aspects of their workflow. The Wi-Fi 6 capability and up to 10.5 hours of battery life ensure that Gen Zs are always connected to fast and reliable internet regardless of their location.

Less harsh on the environment

As Gen Zs become more aware of the environmental challenges than ever before, the Pavilion Aero 13 is made with recycled plastics, saving over 6,000 plastic bottles from entering the ocean. Water-based paints on the device exterior also help to reduce VOC emissions.

Being EPEAT Gold Registered and Energy Star Certified, used products can be easily collected, resold and recycled to create a low-carbon economy – aligning with the interest of the environment.

Availability and Pricing

The HP Pavilion Aero 13 retails for a starting price of S$1,199 and will be available on the HP Online Store, HP Flagship Stores on Lazada and Shopee, as well as Challenger online and offline stores.

Colour schemes available include Pale Rose Gold, Warm Gold, Ceramic White, and Natural Silver.
