ROG released two series of laptops with either high-performance Intel or AMD processors

In an virtual event held by Republic of Gamers titled For Those Who Dare: Boundless, the company announced two high-performance ROG Strix and ROG Flow gaming laptop as the highlight of the occasion.

The release of these laptops are complimented with ROG Slash – the company’s line of fashion accessories to protect your devices in a stylish manner.

ROG Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition

Containing up to 64GB of DDR5-4800MHz RAM and PCIe® Gen 4 storage, these peripherals compliments the 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-12950HX processor and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3000 Graohics found on the device. Due to superior cooling solutions with ROG’s exclusive Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal, the laptop achieves a maximum CPU TDP of 65 W and a maximum GPU TGP of 175 W with Dynamic Boost without toasting itself.

Featuring either FHD 360 Hz or QHD 240 Hz panel options at 17.3”, with just 3 ms response times as standard, the laptop provides an immersive experience for its gaming demographic.A distinct cyberpunk aesthetic is achieved with a unique invisible ink applied directly to its metal chassis. appearing as green and blue under UV light.

ROG Flow X16

This device is a 16-inch thin and light convertible laptop, powered by an AMD Ryzen™ 9 6900HS processor and an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070 Ti Laptop GPU. Weighing at just 2.1kg, the laptop houses the flagship ROG Nebula HDR Display, a dazzling QHD / 165 Hz Mini LED panel with 1100 nits peak brightness and a 100% DCI-P3 gamut.

Three fans and a high density heatsink keep these powerful components at an apt temperature with the all-new Frost Force Technology and Pulsar Heatsink. Support for the XG Mobile family of external GPUs is available for users needing higher performance than the ones provided.
