The new Huawei MatePad is now available for purchase in Singapore

Coming in a flexible tablet form factor, the Huawei MatePad aims to be the tablet made for entertainment and productivity. It achieves it by providing an immersive viewing experience backed up by speedy processors.

With a 2K 10.4-inch LCD display surrounded by narrow bezels, the Huawei MatePad spots a screen-to-body ratio of 84 percent. Apart from offering a pixel density of 225ppi, the display supports 100 percent of sRGD colour gamut to produce stunning colour accuracy.

Supporting the impressive screen is Huawei’s proprietary ClariVu Display Enhancement Technology, which is designed to boost the image and video quality by using algorithms to enhance detail and contrast in real-time.

To complete the package, the powerful Harman Kardon quad-speaker sound system optimised for multi-channel sound output, along with the new Huawei Histen 6.1 for 3D spatial sound and boosted bass.

Despite weighing in at just 460g, the tablet features a new 7nm Kirin 820 processor with speeds of up to 2.36GHz and its Mali-G57 GPU and NPU systems for intensive gaming and rich AI experience. Supported with a 7,250 mAh battery and EMUI’s AI power saver, the tablet can stay lit up for up to 12.5 hours without connecting to the charger.
