Guide for Galaxy Note7 Users in Singapore

[cs_content][cs_section parallax=”false” style=”margin: 0px;padding: 45px 0px;”][cs_row inner_container=”true” marginless_columns=”false” style=”margin: 0px auto;padding: 0px;”][cs_column fade=”false” fade_animation=”in” fade_animation_offset=”45px” fade_duration=”750″ type=”1/1″ class=”cs-ta-left” style=”padding: 0px;”][cs_text class=”cs-ta-left”]The Samsung Galaxy Note7 was made available to Singapore customers from 20 Aug 2016 which featured a beautiful design and exciting new features such as an iris scanner for enhanced security and dual-sim support right out of the box!

However, due to an increasing number of reports on battery cell issues that cause the phone to spontaneously combust, Samsung has decided to initiate an exchange of all Galaxy Note7 devices. Their proactive approach to organise such a recall to support all Galaxy Note7 customers is certainly commendable.

Customers would also be glad to know that courtesy devices are available for loan (subject to availability) while waiting for their replacement unit. By taking part in the exchange, the warranty period will be extended to commence from the date of the exchange.[/cs_text][x_custom_headline level=”h2″ looks_like=”h4″ accent=”false”]Make your exchange[/x_custom_headline][cs_text class=”cs-ta-left”]Rest assured that all Galaxy Note7 purchased from any local telecommunication operators, major consumer electronics stores, authorised mobile retailers, Samsung Experience Stores and Samsung Lazada Singapore Online Store can exchange their current device for a new one in the same colour.

Here is what you need to do before 25 September 2016:

  1. Be sure to head over to http://www.samsung.com/sg/note7exchange to submit a preferred time slot for collection of your new Galaxy Note7.
  2. You may opt for a Self-Collection at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre or via free home delivery.
